Dr Valeska qualified as a Chiropractor and graduated from the Durban University of Technology in 2020. Following this she practiced in Cape Town, South Africa before relocating to England for work. She is passionated about Chiropractic and the benefits of it for her patients. She strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where she can build relationships with patients, work together to reach health goals and achieve a pain-free lifestyle in an ethical, professional, and friendly atmosphere.

A patient-centered approach is taken with treatment to meet the different needs of each patient. Dr Valeska uses a combination of joint manipulation/mobilising, Activator technique, soft tissue therapy and may prescribe stretching/exercises and give ergonomic/lifestyle advice if needed.
